Lavie

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Português

These terms govern the use of Lavie, a service by FERRARA LTDA that shows photo albums created on your phone on your TV. By using Lavie you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Lavie lets you create photo albums on your phone, connect compatible TVs and control the slideshow from your phone. The TV app runs on Google TV and Android TV, on Samsung and LG TVs (2018 and later) and in the web browser at tv.uselavie.com. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and the devices connected to it. Some features, such as buying a plan and sharing albums, require signing in with Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android). You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Plans and limits

Limits keep the service sustainable and may be revised. Changes that reduce what you already paid for will be announced in advance.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Purchases are made through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) with your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings (your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the next period, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.

5. Your content

Your photos remain yours. You only authorize us to store, process and show them on the TVs and to the people you choose, to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload.

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, involves the exploitation of minors or is used to harass other people. Anyone can report a photo in a shared album with the "Report" button; we review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

6. Shared albums

People you invite to an album can see and add photos to it, and will see your name. The album owner can remove members and photos. Only invite people you trust.

7. Availability

We work to keep Lavie running, but the service is provided "as is" and may experience interruptions, maintenance or failures. Keep your original photos somewhere else too: Lavie is not a backup service.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FERRARA LTDA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Termination

You can stop using Lavie and delete your account whenever you want. If the service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your photos.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
