Lavie

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Português

This policy explains what data Lavie (the phone app and the TV app) collects, how we use it and what your rights are. Lavie is operated by FERRARA LTDA, a company based in Brazil.

Who is responsible

The data controller is FERRARA LTDA. For any privacy question, contact us at contato@uselavie.com.

What we collect

We don't access your whole photo library: the app only uploads the photos you select. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising.

How we use it

Who we share it with

These providers process data only to provide the service to Lavie. We may also disclose data when required by law or court order. Your data is stored in Brazil; by using Lavie from another country you understand it is transferred there.

How we protect it

Photos are kept in private storage: only your account, the album members and the TVs you connected can access them. Each TV keeps a copy of the photos on the device so it can play without internet, and that copy is removed when the TV is disconnected from your account or the app is removed.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete photos, albums and TVs at any time. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete account), we delete your photos, albums, TVs and account data. Backups are erased within 30 days. Purchase records may be kept as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Brazil's LGPD, the GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, learn who we share it with and withdraw consent. Write to contato@uselavie.com and we will answer within 15 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Lavie is not directed to children. Users under 18 should use the app with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for relevant changes, let you know in the app.
